I do not know if this location is privately owned but the front desk people are the most unhelpful, rude and unfriendly with no customer service at all. I have been booking our drivers reservations here for two months and you would think they would appreciate our business. I called at 8:15 pm to make a reservation they told me that I would have to call back the next day they could not give me a price because it changes every two hours and hung. If you don't care about customer service this is the place to stay
Manager on 30th sunday refused to let me book an extra night and claimed they were completely full. The parkinglot was empty
I love staying here!!
