The pictures posted online is definitely not what you walk into. Rooms infested with bugs,silverfish crawling on the hallway floor, hot water is white and cloudy wouldn't recommend drinking it, no smoke alarms or sprinkles in the rooms in case of a fire, if you have a service animal they turn them away. Front desk staff, minus the exception of the older white lady with redish brown hair, isn't friendly. Housekeeping staff is about the only friendly staff there. I guarantee if platte county health department walked in and did a random inspection that place would be shut down. It's definitely not worth the price.

Location was great. The rooms were bare minimum, well for one. The other felt like staying in a construction site. Door did not lock. The door way to the bathroom was an 1 1/2 in set up - dangerous. It was mostly quiet. Remember it is an extended stay so not basic hotel stuff - like a coffee pot. No blanket on bed - cover and sheet. Bathtub had hair and left over soap. Dirty towels.

I chose this place based on stars (different site) and it being pet friendly. Pictures seemed fine. Front desk lady was super nice. That's ALL that's positive about this place. The front pull-through was cordoned off, the hallway needed to be vacuumed, the room STANK, ceiling tiles were stained, tub faucet leaked (a lot), there was a used wrapper on the counter, mattresses were Dirty. We left even though we couldn't get a refund. Be careful of pictures and ratings--look on different sites. I can't recommend this place.

My husband and I are both IBEW travelers working in the area. We have been staying here 4 months so far paying by the month. Yes there are some problems like the elevator doesn't work but the sloped terrain means 2 of the 3 floors are ground level. The windows open so I can air out the room and not be stuck with harsh cleaning chemical fumes like other places. I had to Google the burner top brand to see how it works- you need pans that a magnet will stick to the bottom. We have a comfortable king size bed. The outside is really nice with several seating areas, some tables and a couple of grills. I reserved the room on the Choice Hotels app where I can get a discount with AARP or my TN farm bureau insurance has a code and I get points which I can use elsewhere. I have never had any employee

My dad's air conditioner had an electric fire. Room filled with smoke and smelt like burnt rubber. When leaving his room, he seen a gentleman from housekeeping and told him. He replied doesn't surprise him and sent us to the lobby and propped the door to let smoke out. The 2 ladies up front were great and offered another room apologizing. When I mentioned any sort of refund the owner got angry said they don't give refunds. And that we were offered another room. When I stated if we left 10 minutes earlier and didn't unplug it his hotel would be on fire. No fire alarms or sprinkler systems went off even though the room was full of smoke and then once opened the door the hallway was full of smoke.
