I booked a few days before my trip. I landed at LAX around 8am , called the front desk like I was told to the day I arrived because if they had a room available I would have checked in for a fee before 3pm. No go! Okay that was okay I totally understand and understood. Let me say this: if you hate your job working here why are you here! Location is good. A lot of stores. Parking is cool. You get a car pass. The woman working here are all (3 of them) just plain rude! Oh my gosh. They work slamming doors and when you ask questions they get offended. When I asked for room clean towels after a night here and my trash taken out. Because I will be staying here for 6 days! She rolled her eyes in front of the front desk guy. She's Hispanic so when I told her this in Spanish she changed her attitud

They charge $100 deposit on my credit card and refunded upon check out but I lose some dollars on the currency exchange. Maybe I should have just use cash deposit

Husband booked this room for 1 week and accidentally booked for a Sunday when he was coming in on a Monday. He called Monday morning and was told he lost his booking because he didn’t check in on Sunday and will get no refund. He’s already paid for the room it shouldn’t matter if he checks in a day late. That just means they got an extra day out of him. They said they won’t even let him check in late and lose the one day. He will be working in this area for 4 months and staying in the area Monday-Friday for work. They lost out on $400 a week, so $6,400 they could’ve made and now won’t all because they didn’t want to try and work with him. Booked this hotel for a week while working in town and was 3 hrs late to check in due to traffic they canceled my entire week and refused to give any refund for the entire week kept every single dollar. Bunch of crooks do not stay here horrible customer service.

This Studio/Motel 6 is the best motel i’ve ever stayed at! The front desk staff (Roy, Simha, and Abhi) have been amazing, friendly and extremely accommodating to me and my family, including my dog. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The housekeeping staff keeps the building extremely clean and I would recommend this motel to anyone!
