Roaches in room. Switched rooms and more roaches. Staff would not refund our money. Left anyway because did not want to sleep with roaches. |Research reveals Oyo hotels owns Motel 6 now and there customer service has a poor reputation. |Of 10 nights spent at Motel 6 on our trip this is the only one that stands out. |Never again at Motel 6 after 40 years of using them. Even Tom Botell has a lawsuit against them.

Do not stay here. The website says pets are free but this franchise charges $15 per pet. That should have been my first red flag clue. While eating in the kitchen area I saw a tiny bug too small to tell what it was so I ignored it. Second red flag. The bathroom shower handle was very loose making it difficult to operate. Third red flag. The final straw was noticing my dog tracking something when I located what it was I was appalled. It was a cockroach. I killed it and called the front desk to ask for a different room. That room also had roaches. I asked for a refund, I had been there less than two hours. This man wanted to verify that there were roaches. We went to the second room and I showed him the ones I killed and he saw more running around. That was not enough he wanted to verify the

Big rooms, with huge kitchenette and full size fridge. The owners and the staff are awesome. The house keepers are very polite and friendly. We been here 3 times this year. Rooms are clean, neat, comfy and peaceful. Weekly rates are real low compared to motels around Midwest city, OK. Will be back again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Charged for my service dog, and infested with roaches. Also haunted, with angry spirits. Prepare for your stuff to be thrown in the floor and for buttons on headphones to be pushed. I had a surgery and wasn't back in time. When my daughter asked for a little more time for me to get back, they threatened to call the police. Scared my kid to death and made her very upset. Staff is VERY rude. Kid here, the area is very unsafe, next to a highway, there is constantly people yelling, or standing by their doors. Two different guys tried to talk to me. In the room, I would hear constant tapping at night when my mom was asleep, there was the dinging of hangers I had taken down AS IF THEY WERE STILL UP, I heard the wall being scratched once (the dog was laying on the bed, NOWHERE near the wall). Maintenance staff were awesome to interact. Front desk was stand Off-ish. A roach scurried across the floor and died by my shoe but the unit had been updated/remodeled.
