I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling in for a funeral, and I wasn’t in the best headspace when I arrived. Traveling under those circumstances is exhausting and emotional, and honestly I just wanted a smooth, quiet stay without any added stress. I was checked in by Eon, and from the very beginning, he made things easier. The process was quick and seamless, and he answered my questions clearly without rushing me. What stood out most was how genuine he was. His “Welcome in” and warm smile didn’t feel forced it felt natural, and at that moment it meant more than I expected. Excellent hotel!!! The hotel is very clean,bed/pillows comfy, ck-in was easy and price was reasonable.|The layout of the room was very relaxing. It was nice not just having the bed to sit on but an actual couch to prop your feet on. The kitchen was fully equipped along with a full size fridge. Bathroom was a good size but it had s barn door......no privacy.😁 |Breakfast was good for a buffet. ( Waffles, eggs,oatmeal, cereal, biscuits, variety of breakfast bread, fruit, breakfast meats)One morning I was thrilled to see chicken tenders and potato wedges! |I would definitely stay here again, even with a barn door for the bathroom.

This place always a seems to come up with a new “policy” to make my stay a horrible one. We are forced out of our home due to a plumbing issues caused by the city. Our insurance company refuses to let us stay anywhere but here. Despite me pleading to pick a different hotel. I always have issues with this place and this stay is no different. It is me and my four kids, we need some extra pillows since we have so many people. The lady at the desk told me that it is their “policy” to not allow people xtra pillows in a room. Which is obviously complete bs. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never been denied something as small as an extra pillow. So, currently I am staying in this hotel without a pillow. My kids come first, so I am the one that suffers due to the laziness and incomp

Enjoyed my stay here! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It is quiet and the location is great. The kitchenette was well stocked and everything was top notch and in great shape. If you like a firm bed, this is the place for you. There is a pull out sofa in the double queen room I used with a mice dividing curtain. Plenty of storage space for a whole family or group to enjoy. The hot breakfast was upscale compared to other places that I have visited. The fitness room is well equipped and clean.
