The hotel is nice peaceful clean and quiet. What really stood out about this establishment is the front desk clerk Carla. Carla is amazing she has a tranquil peaceful calming energy about herself that illuminates the room. Carla is very helpful, customer focus and driven and thoughtful too! We need more people like her in the world especially when it comes to customer service. She is top notch, a very rare Gem ❤️ ***Update the stay was nice until the weekend clerk arrived Brian Holt. Unprofessional attitude and very difficult person. He fussed at my husband because he threw a big bag of trash in the maids trash bin because it was to big to fit in the trash can posted on the property. He made a big deal over something small and petty. Then we had a reservation when my husband went to pay he

So place is affordable for area, and quite honestly just as clean and maintained as some of the hotels on the PCH, which are almost double the price. 5 stars for service as I called to check in early and they actually checked to see if a room was available. As far as amenities, the fridge is nice size, there is a microwave, coffe maker, iron w/ ironing board. There was some hand soap, but it was odd to have iron and no hairdryer. Target, Dollar Tree, and Sprouts are walkable so you could get any toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, etc). Starbucks and WeinerSchneitzel are next door. Parking garage little steep and clearance is low, like 7 FT. It does feel like it maybe family owned, as it seems as much maintenance is done as in house as possible. I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, especially from Ajay and the General Manager. They were very kind, professional, and always helpful. I really appreciated their hospitality. The overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable

Great stay central to everything. Totally walkable area convenient on foot to Sprouts, Target, Starbucks, and much more. Great staff, caring and responsive. Stayed in a smoking room. Very clean. Beds are perfectly firm, no aching in the morning. Mattress topper is soft but you don’t sink in the mattress! Perfect. Value is reasonable and plenty parking. If near the elevator people can get loud at night coming in from their events and weekend adventures. Otherwise you’ll sleep sound. No disturbances and security on site nightly!
