Best Western Plus South Bay Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed — exactly what you hope for after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — but what truly stood out was their integrity and responsiveness. I accidentally left my iPad behind in the room, and when I reached out, they ensured me that ipad was in their possession. It was securely packaged and shipped back to me with great care. I’m deeply grateful for their outstanding service — not just for returning my device, but for going above and beyond to restore my peace of mind. Highly recommend this hotel — not just for comfort, but for character.

A user-friendly hotel with good location. It has stores within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was better than expected. It's value for money. The parking lot was spacious. Rooms are clean and tidy with adequate facilities.

Good location, the lobby provides water and coffee. The room conditions are fair, soundproofing is not very good, can hear the voice and sound around us, but it’s okay after we use the ear plugs, we can still sleep well. The breakfast is good as it provides variety of foods. The swimming pool is open but the hot tub is closed during our visit.

I really liked this hotel. The price was reasonable, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Everything was great. The only downside might be the location, as it is a bit far from downtown Los Angeles and requires at least about an hour of driving. Other than that, everything was excellent.
