Strip View Suite at MGM Signature

We have stayed at StripView Suites at Signature twice within the last two months. Upon arrival of our first stay (and after the 3pm checkin time) our room was not clean. The beds were not made the televisions were on, there was dirty dishes in the sink and bathroom had not been mopped and smelled of urine. We contacted the StripView representative, we were asked to leave and come back in an hour to allow for housekeeping to clean. Although it was an inconvenience to our plans we had no choice.|Because of it's proximity to our business and family in the area we chose to book same location the following month. This time we booked directly with the StripView Suites website. **This is our warning** Don't book your reservation based off pictures associated with listing. Our room did not match

Kinda alright. Not the most clean but spacious hotel. Doesnt do house keeping and charges delivery fee for towels

From the moment we arrived at the MGM Signature, our experience with Strip View Suites was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance by guest services, and to our surprise and delight, we were able to check in immediately and head straight to our room—no waiting, no luggage drop-off. That level of efficiency and hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Upon entering the suite, I was thrilled to discover the floors were not carpeted—a detail that may seem minor to some, but for me, it made all the difference. Hard flooring in a hotel setting speaks to a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort, and I deeply appreciated that thoughtful touch. I booked a 3 night stay in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Penthouse Room. We were assigned rooms in tower 1: 38601 & 38603. Cons: Room 38603 - On the second night, i noticed the sink water was not draining and a horrid smell was coming from it, but i didn’t think much of it. In the morning, same thing happened and I made a complaint to the front desk about it. When we came back to the room after a couple hours, the sink was filled with this black sludge(see photos attached) after they “fixed” it and it smelled horrendous. We called customer service at StripView Suites and they told us there was nothing they can do and we would have to stay in the room. We demanded a full refunded since it was a health and sanitary issue and uninhabitable but they refunded only one night’s cost without waiting to

Beware! There's a bunch here that works on people! It looks normal but they don't provide service at all! For two days I've been with a TV that doesn't work, there's no one to talk to, they don't come and they don't care. Don't book. If it says no resort fee don't book it's not worth it at all.
