I strongly advise everyone considering Stone Creek Mobile Home Community to stay away. I pay my lot rent on time, yet they issued me a bogus three-day eviction notice claiming I owe a "property tax" even though I don’t own the land. This place is run by a bunch of crooks—they raise rent sky-high, then use eviction to steal residents' trailers. My family, friends, and countless others have been forced out. This is a predatory and disgusting practice—beware before you end up next.

Just a warning to anyone looking at this place. They are in the process of trying to steal the trailers of those who own them in the park. They have it in their lease that if they evict you (which they are increasing the rent periodically to make it the most expensive lot rent in East Tennessee) they legally can take your trailer. If you try to sell it, they will block the sale by denying the new buyers application to move in. They've already took my moms trailer, about 5 different friends we knew in the parks, and who knows how many others. BEWARE!!!

Awful place to live. Keep rasing rent to evict people and because of them putting in the lease that they will get ownership of the trailer if they evict. You also can't sell your trailer without permission from the owners which they deny. Do not for the love of everything accept a lease here go somewhere else.

When I first moved into Stone Creek, the lot rent was around $350/month. Since then, it’s steadily climbed, and now—with the latest increase—it’s $575/month, including a $15/month trash fee that used to be included at no cost. It’s frustrating to see these rising costs, especially when there haven’t been significant improvements to match. What was once a fairly priced, convenient option has become one of the more expensive choices in the area. If I were starting over, I’d definitely compare more communities before settling here.

Never will get anyone on the phone to answer and corporates mailbox is even full. there's beginning to be a cat problem too. The plumbers the management company hires are very unprofessional as well. They shut our water almost completely off without notice for almost an entire day.
