Daisy Estates Mobile Home Park

I recently lived at Daisy Estates Mobile Park which has undergone an incredible transformation, and I must say, I can’t recommend a better place in the area. Once plagued by issues like drug activity disrespectful, disgusting, and violent people. The community has been revitalized into a safe, welcoming haven for families and individuals alike. One of the standout aspects of Daisy Estates is how family-friendly it has become. It's now an environment where parents can feel confident letting their kids play outside. The sense of security that has been established is genuinely comforting, making it an ideal place to raise a family. Moreover, the surrounding schools are noteworthy as well. They boast solid reputations for providing quality education, which is a major draw for families consider

They built this trailer park right across the street from my grandmother's home. Out in the country surrounded by farmland. My Mamaw likes to sit on her front porch and read the newspaper but there are trashy trailers with loud music all hours of the night. People flying in and out with their loud cars, spinning their tires. People coming to my grandmother's asking for money or to use the phone! Fighting and cops being called all the time. It's ridiculous. My Mamaw was born in this little house and our family gathers here for holidays and birthdays. "Daisy ESTATE" destroyer is more like it. An eyesore and a public nuisance!

The owner of daisy estate is constantly leaving notes on my daughter's trailer, threatening to evict if she doesn't pay , pay, pay.. she was made to pay past taxes and lot rent before she could even move in . Her sister in law was the previous tenant.. and my daughter had to pay what she left owing.... if you can go somewhere else, I would advise you to do so.... this is dumb. Check out the road in it,, it big gully washer and nothing but mudd.. I wasn't even going to leave one star.. but had too.... in reality I give it a minus

They treat their renters with no respect. Their gravel road sucks. When it rains, it's a disaster and holes everywhere. It's hard to drive on. You're on a monthly payment, but they treat you like u pay weekly or something. I was very respectful, but they didn't show respect.

A Texas company got a federal loan to solely buy trailer parks. This is a practice being funded by the federal government and nobody cares. These company come in and buy lots purely to raise rent. Which is exactly what's happened. No changes have been made to the park with the raised rent. They have a truck run through the roads once every 3 months and call that maintenance, do not rent here they will evict you like they are everybody. You've been warned fairly.
