Stone Prairie

We got married here in August, and it was a perfect day! Stone Prairie is definitely a beautiful outdoor venue for weddings, and the staff kept everything running super smoothly day-of. Everything was clean, well set-up, and perfectly groomed. The food was also delicious, and they allowed us to create a custom menu because we didn't like any of the pre-set buffet options. Our only negative experience with Stone Prairie was navigating the pricing. We felt their food options were all overpriced (and you can't get outside catering), and you have to watch out for that 20% service charge on everything. But that's pretty much expected for a new, upscale venue like this. Just be aware what you're getting into. Overall, would definitely recommend this venue!

100% recommend this venue for your wedding! Got married here back in August, and we still get comments on how beautiful the venue and good the food was. The staff was so thorough, hands-on, efficient, and reasonable. Jillian and Sarah always got back to me quickly on my questions and changes. They also felt like real people -- weren't bringing a fake energy, didn't feel like I was being given the hard sell like I did at some other venues. They seemed very genuine about making sure their couples feel informed, prepared, and happy. I loved the convenience of not having to seek out an outside caterer or bar service. If you are looking for a beautiful outside venue for your wedding or other event Stone Prairie should be your first choice! Jillian made life easy for us while planning the wedding and during the wedding. Her staff is amazing and the food is second to none. They have multiple pavilions, outside seating area, green house, and a bridal cabin. They offer snacks, drinks, and food as part of the venue which is well worth it. You won’t regret holding your event here.

I got married at Stone Prairie in October and it was perfect. First, the coordinating process was simple. Olivia took the care to do whatever needed to be done to make my vision real. I changed my mind about random things a few times and she was always willing to update the plan. She even implemented my hope for hot chocolate less than a week before the wedding! The wedding day itself was beautiful. It felt strange not having to walk around to make sure everything was going properly because the staff handled it. The fireplace was beautiful throughout the night and the transitions were smooth. Guests loved the yard games and the comfortable environment. We had Cobblestone Creek cater and it was delicious. I got married at Stone Prairie in July of 2025. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and our day was magical. Guests raved about how good the dinner was and loved the venue. However, there were a couple things that I was disappointed by that other couples looking at this venue should be aware of. First, after signing our contact, all food and drink prices were increased which resulted in us having to spend about $2,000 more than we anticipated. I understand that food costs increase, but it would have been nice to have been told that the prices were not final as it did increase costs quite a bit. Second, we paid $5 a person for 95 people (almost $500 with service fee and tax) to have late night pizza. Stone Prairie made less than nine pizzas, which is less than one slice per person. It was su
