Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Brillion

Upon checking in, our room had an awful chemical smell that didnt smell like cleaning products. Im not sure what it was, but it wasnt a "clean" smell. Then the TV didnt work. We called down the front desk and the phone didnt work. We had to leave for a wedding next door but stopped by the front desk and explained the issues to the front desk person. She called a man, on FaceTime, and told us he would be coming in to fix our issues. Between the wedding and reception, we came back to our room to find that man in our room with a bag of remotes for the TV. None of them fixed the broken TV. He stated he couldnt do anything about the TV and the smell was normal, but I knew I couldnt sleep with that smell all night. He offered a refund if we didnt want to stay there, if we would check out righ

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Continental Breakfast with a wide variety of choices and excellent coffee! Rooms were very clean. I travel a lot and since covid don't find that often. I would definitely do back!

We always have a very nice stay at The Cobblestone Inn. The employees are very friendly and helpful. On our last day, the breakfast could not be served and they gave us a credit on our bill. Greatly appreciate that!! We will see you again! 😊

Positive: Location Negative: Terribly dirty rooms and no one to check us in because she was sleeping in one of the rooms and didn’t answer the phone.

Room was nice and clean. I did run into a snag with early check in which had already been arranged prior to my stay but they did resolve the issue quickly. I was impressed with my stay.
