Stone Crest Motel

This cute little motel has recently been completely remodeled. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Space is a little tight, but that’s just the size that was built to work with. Large refrigerator/freezers and microwave were nice.

We stayed in a refreshed double queen room. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. A/C worked great! Bathroom was very small, but modern. Room lacked any accommodations for hanging clothes or towels. Shower stall had no anti-slip provisions. Main room was vinyl flooring (not carpeted). Only light for the room was a center ceiling fixture - no lamps or night lights. Window had a 2" blind which provided adequate privacy, but did not darken the room. Bedding was acceptable, but the mattresses were on the soft-side. TV and station selection were excellent. Motel had nice Coffee Shop and pool was adequately outfitted with outdoor furniture. During our 3-night stay, the pool water was consistently somewhat cloudy and we noticed the filter running only on one day. Observed pool

Stay anywhere but here.. this is my 3rd stay..but this will be my last!! I should have known something was up when I was charged immediately for the room instead of just putting a hold on the card I made reservation with.. We get to the hotel ... girl at front desk was pleasant. Go to our room and things were definitely different than before.. now let me tell you what you don't get for $170. A night.. No coffee pot. ( was told I could get one if I had booked a suite for $10.00 a night more) No coffee unless you buy it from their bakery for $1.00 a cup if they are open. ( at one time was the lobby) No glasses to drink water from ( front desk doesn't provide them) No alarm clock No phone to call out or call desk No tub plug for those that prefer a bath or have small children that are not r

Owner is in need of more front desk help obviously. Not able to answer phones in a timely manner. There isnt after hour check in policy or procedure unfortunately. I thought there would be instructions for that at office or receive info on that via email or text. Unfortunately we were charged for a night that we didn't have access to our room. Had to drive 45 minutes to another hotel in the middle of the night. ☹️ We didn't even know anything about our room details. Hopefully she will think about the after hours policy in the future. The place was clean though and she was nice.

My wife and I and grandson had an extended stay at this motel. we really enjoyed our stay at this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We’ve got a large room with a sofa and full kitchen . We had a stove, a full-size refrigerator that was new a table and chairs in the kitchen. I must add the pool was great, clean and very refreshing. I recommend this motel to all friends and family for a very quiet enjoyable stay at a reasonable price I must add.
