Stone Creek Inn

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been waiting nearly three weeks for a refund to be processed, and I am fed up with the ongoing runaround. I attempted to contact the manager multiple times; one associate claimed he was out of the country for three weeks, and when I called back later, I was told he would be in on Thursday. Clearly, someone is not being truthful. This is wholly unprofessional. I have called five times a day, and half the time, the line is off the hook. I strongly advise against using this location unless it’s my absolute last resort.

This place is a dump. The wi fi is so weak you can’t stay online. The bathroom fan sounds like the Iraq war. The bathtub is all chipped and looks disgusting. The TV is from the 90’s and you have to use 3 remotes to operate. I asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. I would have left but I prepaid for 6 nights

It was exactly what u could expect for the price. That was not to great not to bad the rooms were basic it was reasonably clean n quiet there. Staff was not very great I have had better environments and much better overall hotels however I give it a b.

Kind of deceieved by the photos compared to what the room actually was like. Initially thought the room was clean until my wife took a shower and after the shower walked across the tile floor and her feet were black with dirt, We stayed in room 39 right by the metal stairs big mistake not the inns fault but other guests thought they needed to stomp going up and down the steps. They staff was the only good point of this place and my poor son also stayed in room 47 and found roaches so needless to say I would avoid this place. Do yourself a favor spend more money on a better place.

My boyfriends family and i stayed here while we where in chicago to visit other family friends here. we had roaches, our tv didn’t work, smelled awful when the water was running and we brought it the front desks attention more than once so you would figure they would do something abt it… right?… no. they didn’t. they said we could get another room but no rooms where available… then why offer it to us… they sprayed for bugs like it was common. if your looking for a nice place to stay with loved ones while visiting THIS ISNT IT!!!
