Horrible Experience - Dirty and Uncomfortable** I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room was not clean, and I spent the entire night scratching my skin. Everything was dirty and poorly maintained. I had rented the room for a week but could only tolerate staying for three nights due to the poor conditions. I requested a refund for the remaining nights, but the management refused. I strongly advise against staying here!

On the positive side: Great location to stay at, ever since I came here once I've been wanting to come back. The NEW management and stylish new rooms. When I came into the office I was welcomed and could immediately feel the hospitality needed for a motel or hotel to succeed. This place has been a major plus for me the rates are affordable and ever since the new management the rooms have been implacably clean and the service is amazing. The only reason I am giving this motel a 4 out of 5 is due to me just not being a person saying that things are can not be better. Great prices, service, and overall great place to stay at and relax.||||On the negative side: Honestly, there aren't many negatives, but other than the fact they are still doing some work and that results in unwanted noise

I stayed at this motel for 6 nights for holiday with family from out of state. The motel was very close to my sister’s house. I only needed the room to sleep. I should have read the reviews before I made my reservation because I would’ve paid a few more bucks for a better place. At least a place which provided hand soap and towel racks. Yes, there were no places to hang a towel. I stayed in room #20 which I guess was for their longer term guests. The room was dreary and they didn’t clean the room or make my bed the whole time I was there. I’m happy there was a refrigerator and a microwave though. I didn’t feel secure here. There was no secondary lock on the door. The biggest issue was that they charged my debit card twice for the same payment. The clerk I talked to said he “heard

First time I was there it was good. Second time I got stuck in a smoking room for 8 days. Bed was rock hard. When I was in the non smoking room, the bed was comfortable. This is obviously a budget motel. It suited my needs for the price point. Seems the new owners are trying to clean the place up reputation wise.

The front desk woman was so nice and welcoming. Then we get to our room and it was clean, didnt smell like an ashtray(some motels do!) it smelled fresh. It was clean and best of all NO BUGS. My husband and I come to Chicago often for work and this will be our spot!
