Stone Brook Inn

Found roaches in the room. The room is in serious need of updates. Also No towels in the bathroom, bathroom was filthy. Toliet was coming out of the floor. No tv or Internet. Bed sheets looked like were never washed and torn. I was actually terrified i be leaving with bedbugs, just by the way the room looked. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The 1st room we checked into the air didn't work. Why would you put us in there knowing it didn't work. The 2nd room we were put in... the wallpaper was peeling, toliet was very loose and maybe sometime it would flush and sometime not. We had to ask for towels and toliet paper. I was told over the phone when I booked the room that it was $70 a night. I was charged $40 over the phone. When we got there I was charged $30 and $60. I ask why. The lady which didn't speak good English at all replied... the rest of the room rate and deposit. I just assumed that $60 was the deposit. 5 days after we left I still had no refund of the deposit so I called. I only got $30 back. She said it was the deposit. Positive: The distance to and from the jobsite Negative: Didn't like the smell, wall paper was peeling off the walls, cock roaches, cigarette burns in the blankets, stayed one night before i saw the roaches, they would not refund me the rest of my stay after I checked out after night 1

Room was terrible woke up to roaches crawling on me they wouldn't give toilet paper had to buy my own power even went out a few times. They watch you at check out as you pack my anxiety was through the roof I can't handle being watched triggers my ptsd and the $30 for remote deposit they keep it they don't return it well at least not to me can't speak for others. Also can't have nobody over they call the phone to your room and ask who is at your room and try tell you it's extra $ for more people and they not even staying. Yeah rooms are cheap but not coming back i keep my business with Little Andy's only reason didn't book there this weekend all doubles were booked. My husband an I Stayed one night . 70.00 wasn't a bad price . Room was in need of updates terribly bad ! Room was dirty ! Bed clothes were terrible , looked like something had chewed holes in them ! Pillows were pathetic! Bath towel , we only had 1 was like sandpaper !
