Stockton Inn

Staff rude, no manager on site, the whole building smells like smoke, showers were stained and dirty. I was in the room, washed my hands and put my bags on the bed and requested cancelation immediately and because of that I was told I couldn't get a full refund. DO NOT recommend it at all! There's definitely better options for a fee more bucks.

The room was filthy. This was a non smoking room. Smelt like an ash tray. The closet doors where hanging off the tract. The TV did not work and the air conditioner was also broken. When I coplained, they gave me another room that sucked just as bad. This is.by far the worst Motel I have ever seen. don't stop, run. They have a lot of guts to call them a days inn. I have stayed in a lot of Days Inns before but.never had a complaint untill now. Top it off. The Ice machines are all broken and they said I could buy some at a gas station.

We left immediately. Once we checked in at the hotel, we checked out immediately. 1) The staff (Both Associates) during check in was not wearing mask which is required by the state law (COVID non-compliant) 2) The room and the room aisle were stinking and carpets were full of cigarette smell. 3) There were unassisted animals such as cats roaming outside the room (Room on 2nd Floor), when complained at the reception, they said it is natural that stray animals to roam around inside the building. 4) The property did not have adequate security in place (Homeless people were entering & leaving the property). Anyone could enter the property right outside the room and knock. 5) Too much of loud activity happening inside the building making the stay unsafe and unbearable. We left from the prope

Do NOT stay here. I wish I could give a zero for the rating. This hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. It looks like something out of a horror film. EVERYTHING is old and falling apart. The rooms smell disgusting. The mattress looks like it was picked up on the side of the road on a rainy day. With random stains throughout the room that look questionable (blood?). The bath tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was even a mouse, YES I said MOUSE in my room. When I told the receptionist, she just brushed it off like it was “no big deal” and said that the manager would be calling me the next day. She claimed to only have one more room available but the hotel and parking lot were EMPTY. I walked around the premises twice and didn’t see a single perso

Do not recommend. I'd give it zeros if I could. This place is next to run down. It does not look anything like the pictures. The rooms were filthy, carpets looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long while. The first room we were given wasn't cleaned so we had to move. The second room had made beds, but was still dirty. We then had to request a new room after someone tried numerous times to break into our room. The area around this hotel is sketchy and the activity in the parking lot isn't anything you'd want your kids or your grandmother around. Hands down worst experience at a hotel ever. Don't even think about it if you want a comfortable, clean, and safe stay.
