Waterloo Inn

It’s a nice, cheap motel. The rooms are decent. The staff was friendly. Our room had the bed sinking in (front staff said cleaning probably forgot to put support beam back) and the front desk made it super easy to get moved. It’s located conveniently off CA-99. This is east side Stockton outskirts so you’ll get some different characters in the area passing by. Also their pool is defunct. Overall, it was a nice, budget-friendly place to stay for the night in a convenient location with nice staff.

Very well Clean an maintained rooms the owner n her son are both very sweet and always happy to help with any questions I would honestly say one of the nicest rooms in E Stockton with cheap prices an large rooms that have couch , mini fridge , an nice vending machines & washing machines, house keeping’s also very respectful and enjoys helping , I’ve never seen any bugs or spiders or any insects inside any rooms and the flooring inside are beautiful the outside of the building is still being remodeled but over all a great hotel to stay at never had any problems with the noise or smell of marijuana or cigarettes the owner is great with making sure her hotel is maintained and taken care of.

No frills, but clean rooms and bathrooms. Very helpful staff. My husband and I needed parking for an extra large vehicle and they moved things around to accommodate us.

This is a reasonable hotel. The building is old, but the rooms were renovated relatively recently, so it's clean and comfortable. I don't see any problems for sleeping. There is no refrigerator in the room. You need to use ice machine to chill your drinks. No microwave in the room, but two microwaves are located in the lobby (you can use it any time). No coffee maker in the room, but there is a pot (for boiling water) in the lobby. This is not a motel. I mean, the hotel has a main entrance for the reception and a back entrance (which is auto-locked and you need a room key to get in). So you can't park your car in front of your room. Considering the price, I will come back again.
