Sterling Motel

This motel is disgusting , its cheap just like the constant hookers that go in and out of the rooms just like the men do with them. , DO NOT. STAY THERE !!!! You got a better chance staying next too the trash can out side by getting the same comfort of quality .. Dirty rooms ! Bad manners disrespectful employees!! Dirty condoms , mold , and a dirty crack pipe found in the room with stained up sheets , hotel impossible needs to go there , cause this motel is impossible to fix !!! A disappointment in the making :/

Didn't even get to check in as we asked about service animals being able to stay with us. Any event that they could not stay with a friend was immediately told to find somewhere else to stay after they threw Our paperwork back at us very rude and disrespectful. The last time I was there. The room next to me exploded found out that they were manufacturing Methamphetamine in the room next door. When I asked for my money back that time. They refused saying that it was my fault for being in that room next to theirs. I have worked. For this man's brother and this man's brother has way more common sense. stay away from all motels in Austin Minnesota, you wanna good place to stay holiday in or days Inn the people there actually care about their guests and try to accommodate instead of throwing y

I would rather sleep on broken glass then sleep on the bed shower was moldy broken filthy worst then a a horror movie in a abandoned building. There was legit blood by the sink in the bathroom broken glass on bathroom window with mold as well . People go sleep in the wal mart parking lot don't burn your cash here. I been to plenty motels in the country and this was the lowest

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Bed bugs! Heater was broken. Shower was moldy and broken. Light in bathroom broken, walls covered in substances, carpet ripped cigarette burns all over blankets. Plug in all pushed into wall. Wifi signal poor, front desk rude! Was never there and when we complained said we were lying! Booked a non smoking room due to asthma got a smoking room. Run down and very dirty

Not worth it did not stay the night. The smell hits you the moment you open the door and the mold. I don't see how a motel can run with that type of mold problem. Told the manager I'd see what other options were available and he said I wouldn't find any better because his family owns the other motels in town. Glad for that information went straight to the days inn. Sure it cost more but it was clean and no mold. I would skip pass this one.
