Rodeway Inn & Suites Austin I-90

Accommodated me just before Sturgis. Staff couldn't have been more helpful... Room was clean. A LOT more clean than I've been accustomed to. AC worked great, desk staff pointed me to what I needed to know, no bugs.....they were A+ in my book. If I ever ride to Sturgis again.....they're DEFINITELY my last stop. From Maine with love.

Overwhelmed and overworked front desk staff was complaining the entire time to the person in front of me and to me about 2 workers quitting Friday and she was working front desk and housekeeping 21 hours a day. It took her about 20 minutes to get to the desk from the time we arrived. She was very negative about everything. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but I wouldn’t touch anything if it was available. We needed a bed for the night, and that’s what we got. She also laughed that I purchased 5000 bonus points with the room. She couldn’t understand why. She said that they only sell rooms when all the other hotels are full, and that they only sell owner lives in a different country. She also said to not expect too much when we got to the room.

I would not recommend coming here if you looking for professionalism which this place lacks big time! I had a room reserved for 2 nights.., Thanksgiving being the first night of 2. I had went there with my pregnant fiancé to check in and nobody was at the front desk, so I had to dial the motel phone and a staff member who claimed to be maintenance or something like that came from one of the rooms to assist me and he said that he couldn’t assist me in checking me in cause I booked the room through a third party and claimed he didn’t know how to pull that up and said the manager wasn’t there and that he should be back in a few hours so I’m like okay it’s Thanksgiving that makes sense so I go with my fiancé to her families which is only a few blocks away then we came back after those few hour

My fiance Zane & I have been staying here till we fine a new place and the women who works the front is AMAZING. She is so sweet and kind. She does a million different things at once and is still super sweet. Also, she always makes sure we have everything we need and also makes sure to let us know if we need anything. So thank you!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such RUDE customer service. Check in area smell like straight up cigarettes. It took awhile for that check in lady to come out from the office behind the counter. I had asked her about the price and she literally denied service to me and went back to her office slamming that door. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS PLACE STILL IN SERVICE. It doesn’t even deserve one star!
