Sterling Breeze Resort

The experience we have had has not been what we would have hoped for. We picked this condominium because it looked nicer than others. The room was updated (not clean though), the pool with the bar was beautiful but the management doesn’t enforce any rules. This is not a family friendly condo so I absolutely don't recommend for people with children. Every evening when you come to the pool people are drunk, have open alcoholic drinks sitting around the pool and hot tub, cursing etc. They bring a private speaker and drunkenly sing louder than the provided music. The smell of marijuana makes it hard to even come out on your deck so we haven't been able to sit on it or grill. On a positive side, it is close to the pier and overall in a good area. The check-in process is terrible. $50 to use the

We stayed at this resort thru an air b&b listing. Overall, the resort was clean, well maintained & in a great location. I give them a 2 star rating due to poor customer service & lack of empathy. We rented a golf cart for the last 2 days of our vacation. Admittedly, my husband did not see the sign that prohibits parking of the golf cart & as a a result - the cart was towed. My husband and 15 year old son went to retrieve it and finish the rest of the rental time. A heavy thunderstorm began during their trip back so they pulled in to the parking garage. The staff told them they had to leave & couldn’t stay in the golf cart until the thunderstorms passed. There was active lightning and heavy rains. It's a nice place. The rooms are small though. There is a small refrigerator no wash rooms for clothes and we wanted a ocean view which was a small piece of ocean view if you looked around the corner. But overall was still a nice place to stay. The bed was a little to soft for me. As I have a bad back.

Okay!! This place has everything 🙌 😍 We where BLOWM AWAY!! At how nice, luxurious, and expensive all the appliances and stands AND couches were!! Highly recommend 👌

We really enjoyed the condo and the location. The ladies who work on the second floor entry point during the day are absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel right at home and truly were a highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the older male front desk worker on the evening shift. He aggressively chased us down because we weren’t wearing our pool wristbands—despite the fact that we were nowhere near the pool. The OWNER of our condo had previously told us the wristbands were for pool use only, not for wearing around at all times. There is clearly a disconnect here that needs to be addressed between management, owners, and the front desk staff, because being publicly confronted and essentially hawked down over a bracelet was c
