Stepaway Vacation Rentals

We have been staying at lake content resort for well over 40 years. And have been through several owners and managers . These last 2 years have been the most challenging period and 2 out of 3 times we have arrived to find the cabins, not even touched or cleaned. Bathrooms had not been washed up. USED Bedding was thrown on the floor and there was no clean stuff available. They keep talking about the five star rating and made the comment that there were only one or two times that they weren't given that rating.Well, it looks like it always happens to be us. Though they answered our call right away, we still shouldn't have to wait an hour past our check-in time to have a cabin made available to us . then there was also the incident where when we finally did get the the cabin cleaned by some o

Incredible property and experience! Kathy and team provided white glove service and guided us through the process. They are the best in the business and we will be booking through them again ASAP! Just let them know what you're looking for, how many people and they can help you find it. The rentals are clean, no issues. They also have all the basics. Pots, pans, dishes, blender, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, everything you need for your vacation. Stepaway Vacation Rentals are also very responsive. If something breaks there's a fast response. The service doesn't end when you get in your rental. For example coffee maker breaks, they'll bring a new one. If it's winter, the plow is there cleaning up so you can get out. They can also help with other things if something crazy happe
