St Germain Lodge & Resort

We celebrated our friends birthday at Fibbers. We had a drink at the bat. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Dinner was so good. We had the perch dinner special and the shrimp dinner. One fried and one broiled. So good and a lot of shrimp. The guys had the French onion soup which was the best that they have had! I had the clam chowder. Not great, it was lacking class and potatoes.

stayed for 6 days and could not have been happier with our choice of places to stay. The restaurant was very nice, food excellent, servers great. they seemed to know how to order each dish for great results. Bartenders were great and everyone here was friendly. Answered any questions and even told us about other places to eat in area. Since they ar not open every day. We will definetly return for another stay. Parking for my boat was easy and charger plug nearby(handy). beach area nice but lake had an algae bloom, which happens certain times of year. Overall GREAT stay.

We ate at the bar. Very good Friday fish fries! All the wait staff are very friendly and go all out for you. The bartenders are awesome as well!

Have stayed there several times. The rooms in the upper part of the lodge are great. The cabins are excellent - clean modern and well kept - great home away from home. Fibbers restaurant had a variety of great food. Good docks for tying up your boat. Rob and Kay bust their butts to insure your stay is an enjoyable one. Good fishing on Big St Germain lake.

Stayed at cabin 24, overall cabin was okay. However rooms were not the cleanest and stains on carpets. The lady in the office was not the friendliest, short tempered, and bothered by everything we said or asked. The location was great. Right on the lake and has a spot for your boat on the docks. My boat was damaged by their docks when a storm came through. Was not their fault however having proper tie downs on the dock for your boat would have prevented the damage. I would recommend going here for a vacation but would look at other resorts before committing to this one.
