Steamboat Dive Inn

Excellent service in a relaxing and charming area, very good energy. The rooms are super old yes, but comparing to other hotels that are 30 years younger, thought rooms and bedding were very clean! Convenient parking and decent rate of $73. I literally only had 1 problem there and wouldn't be a problem at all if I wasn't highly allergic= bed bugs or some type of bugs ate me alive. My guess is bed bugs only cause my bites are all over my arm and leg, in a zig zag motion. I guess my bad for being allergic to any bug bites, unfortunately have total of 16! Again, excellent and efficient service, provided all I needed. They do keep rooms ac off until it's used, maybe why so many bugs accumulations, as after all its Florida! Ty so much for the good, sorry for the bad!

Will not allow a service dog. The ADA requires hotels and other public accommodations to allow service animals in the same areas that customers are allowed. Service animals are exempt from "no pets" policies or fees.

This is a very beautiful small town. This place could use a coat of paint and some other small details. But we had a great time. The best breakfast at The Gathering cafe. And a spectacular meal just behind the hotel.

Thank you to Mr. Dustin and housekeeping staff for making sure my daughter and myself were taken care during our stay. They went out of there way to ensure safety,cleanliness and all our needs were met. Thank you again to all your staff. God bless you and your family's always!

The animal that was at the desk was the rudest excuse for a human Ive ever encountered! Was told I was big & he didn't want me to break his furniture! And when I confronted him for being rude he immediately told me to get out of there. Which was a blessing. Found a cheaper room at an awesome hotel in Lake City!
