The room was clearly updated which was nice. Floor and beds were clean. A few toiletries were provided for free. The fridge was bigger than any hotel room fridge I have seen. It worked and kept our drinks ice cold! We didn't test the microwave but it was clean. They were a bit stingy on the towels, with only small ones available but we didn't need much so didn't complain, but if you are staying longer than a night with more than 2 people, you might want to ask for a few more. Being right there with a bar, I also found it to be loud periodically all night. People yelling and acting the fool now and then. Not NYC level of nightly noise but still disruptive. I have stayed in a lot of cheap one star hotels when traveling for business and this place is better than most if obviously far from great (it's a cheap motel, you need to have appropriate expectations). My room was clean, bed was nice and firm for those of us with bad backs who appreciate that, and check-in was smooth. Only real issues with this place IMO are that there is a bar on site which means you will have drunk randos hanging out into the wee hours which might be less than ideal if you are a woman or traveling with kids and their soda machines condenser sounds like a hair dryer going 24/7 in the hallway. Even with my door closed, it is a good 80db background noise maker and needs to be changed out. For an $80 crash pad, you could do a LOT worse.

As somebody who has stayed in some cheaper hotels due to availability, this has been by far the worst one. I went into my room to find dirty sheets and a toilet that was said to have been cleaned with hair and debris on the toilet seat itself. The bed is hard as a rock. I asked the manager to switch rooms and he came into my room and wiped down the toilet seat with a piece of toilet paper and said this is my nicest room. He proceeded to flush the toilet paper down the toilet and handed me a fresh pair of sheets to put on myself. Don’t walk away from this place, run

Woke to something bitting my legs at 2am. We to use restroom and you feel a pop under your feet. YES, bare feet and a large roach, EWE. Get to restroom and light coming thru vents. Outdoor was loud and smell of pot. People shouting all nite. Floors unclean and blood and what looks to be feces on bathroom floor. If your looking for place to stay look elsewhere. Staff had no care.

This motel has serious issues with deposits and basic guest respect. It has been over a month since they took my deposit, and it has still not been returned to my debit card. During a previous stay, a cash deposit was taken by a female front desk employee and never returned. Additionally, housekeeping is extremely rude, knocking and entering rooms even when the Do Not Disturb sign is displayed. There are also individuals openly using or under the influence of hard drugs wandering the property, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here.
