Liah behind the front desk was awesome. My company was supposed to make a reservation for me and messed it up. This was a sold out night. Liah went above and beyond To ensure that I was able to get a room for the evening. Great customer service. Liah did a great job

On 1/21, my room door was left opened. I went downstairs to ask for assistance from the front office member and she mocked me for being scared to enter my room without one of them checking to make sure it’s clear. I am alone, I am a female, I am not from this area, there’s homeless people roaming outside, why wouldn’t I be scared? I have video and audio of our interaction that I will be posting. I have never had a bad encounter with anyone here but this individual has made my experience with this hotel feel like hell. I do not recommend as they do not care about the safety of their guest. If they did, they would have just checked my room to make sure it was okay for me to enter without making a big scene in front of other guest, mocking me, and talking down on me. I would like to add that

This is our second stay. Customer Service is almost perfect except for one of the young ladies at the front desk. All other employees are magnificent. The room, bed, cleanliness, breakfast, and grounds are very good. There are stores, gas stations, and restaurants close by. I will be returning in one month and I will definitely be staying there again.

Water pressure nonexistent. I think housekeeping must have noticed it when they clean but obviously it is not addressed. Some staff nice others not so nice. It's ok but wouldn't go back.

Friendly check-in, clean and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we discovered the shower didn't work in our room the first morning and maintenance was unable to fix it. Maintenance employee was polite, professional, sympathetic to our situation and tried her best to help. Manager was unavailable when requested as they are operating under "reduced staffing". We were granted access to another room to shower. Front Desk employee repeatedly stated how unusual it was to allow guests access to a second room without paying for it. Not really sure what alternative he would have preferred. Could have been a one-off bad luck experience, but expected better for $150 to $200 a night.
