The room was spacious and there was complimentary bottles of water available. The location is convenient too it’s next to Venice blvd and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. No deposit required at check in and there is a cash ATM and vending machine on site.|The issues I encountered here are NO microwave in the room. Also the wall in my room had a dent. There was a left over bottle of water in the fridge

It was a little far from the good spots of LA.

Fg to upload pictures before I left but my first room I was assigned to was dirty and had “sexual protection” in the toilet and a dirty step out towel hanging on the tub. I asked for another room and it was given immediately although it was also dirty. I was tired and settled with it for the night but still ended up cleaning myself due to there being stains on the doors and walls. Seems like cleaning only happens to the bedding but still not clean enough to feel comfortable. Upside room came with nice blue led lights and a fresh singular water on the fridge. Towels were also dirty so I used them to plug the quarter sized gap under the door. Would not recommend for the price of 129 for less than 24 hours

I plan to update this soon as management handles the tweaking guest who are honking the red jeep, banging on walls, dropping items near my door, yelling, blasting music. Seems like they checked in with only intent to disrespect the property and guest members. I hope to see the results of right to business privileges by reminding the disrespectful party that terms of conditions are broken and the business has the right to cancel the transaction of their stay at zero refundable transaction due to the violation agreement of their stay.

Absolute scam. My husband and I have been here twice our first time was okay, okay enough to try coming back again. I like that this hotel doesn't charge a deposit but to charge my service dogs is a scam. I saw later reviews that its not their first time they charged for service animals. The guy told me they only have 2 rooms that allow dogs and they were already taken but of course on website it says they allow service animals. Charged me an additional 50 dollars for my service dogs. The towels were dirty and we got the exact same room as last time, two weeks between the first time. There was a glob of conditioner in the corner of the shower. Tell me how that exact glob is there when we went into the same room weeks later?
