I'm never staying here again. They didn't seem to even have the reservation as they were asking all the details from the reservation at check in. They told us the rooms had a freezer as we had to keep some medicine frozen, but when the room we got just had a mini fridge with no freezer they said none of the rooms had freezers. Apparently they just lied to get our reservation. They told me at check-in that they needed a $20 cash deposit for the key, then they only gave me one. I had to tell them I needed 2 because there were 2 of us staying there. The key-cards had the room number on them. I told her I was gonna remove those stickers bc our safety/security was at stake. First day at the Continental breakfast I almost missed it. Website said 6-9:30, but in the lobby the sign with hours on it

Positive: Nothing Negative: I didn't like nothing about this hotel. The tub looked like they cement it back together.

Switched room to another run down poor quality room. Wi-Fi was out and had been out for a week from what I was told, it came on about 10 pm. TV didn’t work I talked and worked with management over the phone we finally got it working. Ran the Heater / AC unit when the heat came on it smelled like someone urinated in the unit that was probably the worst disgusting smell !! They had no other rooms left so we were stuck breathing that for two days. Couldn’t get a receipt because there printer didn’t work, We were never so happy to leave!

I bought a water melon 🍈 and when I woke up I thought they where the seeds,no bed bugs, All over my jacket,my own comforter, didn't think about it because I wasn't eating in the bed

This hotel is a nightmare. I’ll start with the rooms. My bestfriend and her boyfriend booked a room, mind you these rooms were 80 dollars per room - and it had no AC. They immediately needed a different room. Both of our rooms smelled super strongly of mildew, my blankets smelled like human must- like someone had literally put their armpits all over the blankets. Hair in the sheets. Hair and cigarette burns everywhere. Now at the time, we didn’t know this place was one of “those” hotels. We genuinely thought it was gonna be a nice hotel. Now I’ll talk about the 20 dollar deposit fee. Upon checking in, I didn’t realize I needed cash - I didn’t argue with the clerk at the desk, he even joked with me about my job, was very kind and INSISTED he could take my credit card if I didn’t have cash.
