Customer Reviews
Great hotel. Lobby was very nice. Rooms were nice as well and had plenty of room. Rates were great compared to neighboring casinos. Both Hard Rock and Beau Rivage are right across the street. Plenty of food options nearby as well. I hear the restaurant on the property is nice but didn't get to experience that this time.
Love the old black and white photos of old time movie stars. Interior design is supposed to reflect the same time period. Nice big room but furniture is as hard as a brick. My guess is sheets and towels are also from the same time period. Maintenance (like most hotels) had to replace the filthy air handler filter. Heat/cool is unusual. Checked in at 4:00; room at 65. At 10:00, the temp was 69 … actually the wall was 69, the room was frozen. Nice maid lady.
Positive: I loved the aesthetic of the hotel! Negative: The front desk clerk could have been friendlier. She never cracked a smile and was very monotone.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed there in 2025 while participating in the Ms. Senior World event, where contestants were required to stay at this hotel. The service and overall organization were extremely disappointing. We arrived with many outfits and materials required for the pageant and had to carry everything ourselves to our rooms. We made countless trips back and forth — easily 20 times — without any assistance from the hotel staff. One evening the electricity suddenly went out without any warning while I was taking a shower, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. The hotel also lacks basic amenities. There is no proper cafeteria or restaurant available to have a simple breakfast or quick lunch, which makes the stay very inconvenient. I
I paid over $600 for a one night stay, and the experience was completely unacceptable. My family and I drove down and booked a total of five rooms, three of which were suites. My suite did not have hot water whatsoever in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom water was lukewarm. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would not be in until the next morning and that there was no one on site to assist. The general manager wouldn’t be in until Wednesday. Today, I called and she advised me that I simply did not know how to turn the shower on properly and had the worst attitude imaginable. I was accompanied by my significant other, who is a licensed and bonded carpenter, so we are fully capable of operating a basic shower. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the general man
