Really great for the price. I booked one of the suites since I had two other people with me and it was very spacious. The A/C worked great and the room was very clean. There wasn't much parking but the front desk gave me some alternatives. I parked down the street in the residential area and it seemed pretty safe. It was very close to the convention center and the LA Colosseum. Koreatown was a 10 minute drive so there was a lot of good food near by.

Not a friendly staff however the place is clean and they don’t bother you no matter how late you or your guests come or go. The rooms are nicely appointed and are heated and/or air conditioned well. The location is good although not super, as some harassment and muggings have occurred in the immediate area during my visits. The rates are not low, but are reasonable, all things considered and there are several very tasty well priced restaurants within walking distance.

The wall was literally peeling off of itself, and when I went to try to make coffee, the entire pot is missing, but they still have the coffee maker in there. In addition we were overcharged even though my ESA was with us they charged a pet deposit and I have sent the documentation for it which is illegal and they will face charges if not corrected. You can literally hear people even breathing/coughing in the next room so the soundproofing is horrible. The bed was hard and cheap. The front desk receptionist was also extremely rude to myself, and to my significant other I would not recommend by any means there’s literally a nicer hotel across the street. They also don’t even have parking so we had to park literally several blocks away and a very unsafe neighborhood.

So the area looks rough when you’re getting to the hotel but the hotel itself is very nice and remodeled. It’s obviously not the ritz for the price you pay. I have a great 3 nights stay. Very cold ac,daily cleaning, and clean remodeled rooms. My one and only compliant would be parking. I didn’t have a car but my friend came to visit and there wasn’t any parking at the hotel. There’s a lot but it was always says full and the owner doesn’t have a solution of where you should park. They need parking! Other than that issue I’d stay there again if back in the la area. Oh also it was a short walk to the convention center which is why I was in town in the first place.

At first glance this place looks like it's gonna be run down but the rooms are so nice! Spacious, large bathroom and the shower is huge! Big screen tv and the bed is very comfortable. Has a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Decor is modern and it's very quiet. Parking is extremely limited but street parking is free after 8pm.
