I been living here for years and I never see this property in good shape since Edwin started, my family and I, we are happy to live in this park. I really recommend you.
Went downhill closed the club house, can't play shuffle board Absolutely no amenities. Rent Went up to 650.oo a month
Bernice was the worst manager this park had. Lied about everything, and, denied very potential buyers who wanted to live here. Now, let the word be out and don't waste your time in this park, it's a scam and a joke.
They will not give your deposit back Very rundown place much better places close by AVOID THIS PLACE
High lot fee 650 for low quality don’t care about the elders
