Spruce Mountain Triple #8

Is this a new lift? Good lift, but wish it went faster. At least risky business and American express trails are awesome! Peter is usually helping to load people on and always has a friendly smile. He was even making waffles for people yesterday, thanks Peter!

This "new" lift was a disappointment. It is not a detachable as someone has said. When first opened it was a little faster. It is not run on a daily basis as fast as it did when first opened. It is still a cold ride on a cold day!Too bad Spruce has great terrain to ski. Maybe if some skier input had been obtained by Boyne a better replacement could have occurred.Typical Boyne.

Spruce mountain is now a high-speed detached QUAD chairlift that makes the trip in 4 minutes and 30 seconds. That's three times faster than the old triple.

You can get to Jordan or Whitecap and anywhere in between from the top of Spruce Peak. New chair is a bit faster than the old one and much safer. P

Great lift that takes you to a nice variety of blue and black runs. Not usually as crowded as the other lift just a little further down.
