SpringHill Suites by Marriott Stillwater

The room's design was very well thought out. Just the right amount of drawer space and hangers for clothes. The West Elm sofa was a good size and comfortable. The desk had task good lighting, pen and tablet at the ready. The floorplan was perfect, a modern fresh design. There were multiple light sources - lamps, ceiling, reading lights, etc. Folks at the front desk were great, as well as the cleaners and breakfast server. The hotel is located aways off from highway 51, and really quiet. For a business traveler it's just about perfect.

I stayed here on Sunday Oct 5th and Monday Oct 6th.|The room was clean and the staff was friendly to your face.|My problem was that I booked through the app for a specific rate combination of points and cash totalling 90.25 + points for Sun night. I then extended to include Monday night at the same rate. Instead, they charged me 180 for one night and 120 for the 2nd night. I advised them at checkout on Tues that this was not correct. I was told by front desk staff that they would have it corrected within a few days. It's now over a week later, and with several calls and an email to them - NOTHING! I have now had to file a complaint with Marriott and reject the charge with my card.|The staff now appears to be incompetent, ineffective in handling issues and lack thr appropriate knowled

Such a nice experience! Shiva the front desk man was super helpful and patient with us as we had so many questions! Room was amazing.the breakfast was super good. The pool was pretty decent sized as well.

This hotel and its management/staff completely restored my faith for staying in hotels again! I travel for business frequently and I have never had such a red carpet experience. I enjoyed my stay so much that my family come and stayed for a couple of nights. The location is wonderful, Walmart is right across the street and the beautiful botanical gardens are a short drive away. I love that the hotel sits back from the highway, I found it quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful, everything was individually wrapped and there was quite a selection to choose from. I will definitely be requesting this hotel for future business and leisure travel. Thank you so much for such wonderful service and restoring my faith by reminding me what every hotel experience should be!

Very friendly staff, clean, easy in and out, breakfast has lots of options and coffee is good. Only negative I have is the slamming doors. Every time someone goes in or out-the doors slam shut.
