Hampton Inn & Suites Stillwater West

I booked online made an error, but was taken care of. The tay was great, the pillows, I need one of my own!! Clean hotel, and the staff were super friendly, breakfast was yummy too! If ever in need of a hotel, will choose this chain again!

Not the best nor the worst place I have stayed but I wouldn’t stay here again! First the good. Conveniently located for what we needed. Rooms have been renovated and are large and clean. BUT the wifi wouldn’t work, no access to any outlets on my side of bed which was very inconvenient. The pillows were bunched up into two balls which I suppose was supposed to be decorative but I prefer mine flat. The floors were totally bare. I appreciate carpets can get dirty but it made the room feel so stark and noisy. It just wasn’t a comfortable room. We stay at Hiltons a lot and I was disappointed.

It was EXTREMELY pricey due to a home game, and unfortunately I had to stay in Stillwater because my grandma was dying and I didn’t want to leave, so I had to fork up some big bucks. I appreciate that when returning to my room early the second morning, that we had fresh clean towels. The hotel has a lot of great features, everyone was very nice and welcoming.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and curtious. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again!

I had an unpleasant and hostile experience while planning to stay with this location. I arrived with a fully confirmed reservation through a major booking platform, ready to check in and called ahead to let the staff know I would be checking in late. I was assured that checking in after midnight would not be a problem. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that my reservation had been cancelled even with the confirmation email with the correct information. The hotel stated this was due to so-called “card issues.” Not only was this claim completely false, but the staff went as far as accusing me of deactivating my own card. This was absolutely untrue—my bank statements show that my card was active and used throughout the day. Their accusation was not only baseless but incredibly unprof
