If you’re looking for a business stay in a comfortable hotel and affordable pricing, this place is it. Super clean and cozy beds. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and in this place the bed was truly so easy to get comfortable and sleep in. Friendly staff and housekeeping diligently cleans everyday. Right off 95 and about 12 minutes to the airport, you do not hear the planes coming and going which is great, you’re just far away enough. The square in East Greenwich is literally a few seconds away and has great food options. 20 minutes to downtown Providence if you’re looking to stay way from the hustle and bustle of the city. Theres also a great pool indoor and jacuzzi. We were a little apprehensive as some Springfield inns can be outdated but this has the beautiful Marriott facelif

My experience at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Providence West Warwick was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I stayed for four days, and from the start, there were issues that no one at the hotel seemed interested in addressing.|First, the in-room refrigerator froze and ruined all of my groceries — a significant inconvenience, especially during a longer stay. I reported the issue promptly, and the staff took down my room number and phone number, assuring me that a manager would follow up. That never happened. I waited for hours in my room expecting someone to come by or at least call. Nothing. No manager, no staff, no communication.|When I checked back at the front desk, the desk clerk simply relayed a message that management would be reducing my bill and offering 5,000 M

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Loved the comfy mattress and the large bathroom with the sink area separate. We had a nice wet bar area and work area. The front desk staff are very pleasant! Made us feel very welcomed. The maintenance man was very nice and replaced a bulb in our room. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast area is nice. This made for an excellent rating!!! The only issue was housekeeping. We chose NOT to have housekeeping during our stay. Every 2 or 3 days we would go to the cart and politely ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. They seemed annoyed. We had to point at the items we needed. They do not acknowledge you at all when you pass in the hall or even respond when we said good morning. Maybe they didn't speak English. We just thought they lacked polite

I initially booked this hotel because it looked very nice online and was comparable in price to locations nearby. Before arriving, I was looking through the google reviews and couldn’t help but notice everyone was leaving either 1 star or 5 star reviews (more often being 1 as of late.) Upon my arrival, check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. I did not notice any odor in the lobby as another review had mentioned. My room was clean with no odor, no hair, no trash, no immediately noticeable issues. The bedsheets smelt freshly cleaned and everything was neat. Really the only issue I ended up noticing was the handles on the glass shower doors. It looks like the original handles might’ve started rusting and the owners painted the handles. But the paint they put on is chipping off and is

Email I sent to the GM and AGM and have not heard back. Sharod and Troy, First, I want to thank Troy for his quick response when I reported my missing Starbucks tumbler. His professionalism and immediate willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. However, the fact that this situation occurred at all and the number of additional issues I experienced makes it clear that my stay at SpringHill Suites was unacceptable. On Saturday, September 20th, I left my room for only two hours. Before leaving, I washed my recently purchased $38.98 Starbucks tumbler and placed it on the sink. When I returned, the sink had been cleaned, towels replaced, and the tumbler was gone. My luggage, which I always keep against the wall in the closet area, had also been moved for the second day in a row. This made me
