Extended Stay America Suites- Providence - West Warwick

Honestly this hotel is my go to place when we need to relax!!! The staff here is unmatched to ANY of the local hotels. Tina, tori, voctoria, Christina literally everyone is amazing, I know I missed several but go here and you'll see why the service is unmatched. The rooms are very spacious and ALWAYS clean, the outdoors is always clean as well, we have seen them out there working hard day and night making sure the place is tidy. Laundry room is a huge plus and it takes credit. Location is stellar walk to gas station or dunks, or drive to Dave's mcds and restaurants. For my bus people, it's right at the stop! They have everything you need. Coffee, muffins and snacks in the morning. Best extended Stay in the area no doubt, prices aren't bad at all either. Love this place. Will be back and wo

The place was in a safe and quiet area that allows for easy access to the main highways. It was only 10 mins away from where I needed to be. The room was clean upon arrival. Even though there was a kitchen, you had to request for utensils, etc. So, I was not able to use the kitchen right away when I got in at night. It was inconvenient in that sense. No paper towels either. They only have a muffin and multigrain type bar for grab n go breakfast (all carbs) with tea/coffee/hot chocolate. That is pretty pathetic. In the bathroom, they only provided two small soap bars and a small tube of shampoo. No conditioner. The bathtub / shower control is affixed incorrectly. Positive: Late-night check-in was smooth. The room was clean. Ample parking available on-site. Hot coffee was available in the morning. Negative: The property is dated. Room odor was off-putting. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was firm and the pillows were thin—reminiscent of a roll-away cot. Grab-and-go breakfast was minimal.

The staff is very helpful and kind! They went the extra mile to help my family member. He stayed for over a month and he had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The staff made it easy to extend the stay at the last minute several times. The mini kitchen is very useful for a longer stay. The location is good, near a shopping center.

I checked in January 25 during winter storm fern I am a full time gig worker and the roads got so bad I had to find a hotel it was late at night. I got stuck in the entranceway due to the heavy snowfall the manager Vicki grabbed a shovel with her crew and helped me pushed my car into the parking lot to help me get safely into a space so I could check in to a room very professional caring manager! I extended my stay another night to stay off the snow covered roads. The service was amazing The morning I extended my service a cool nice staff member by the name of Tina was so fast and prompt to help me extend my night without me having to check out and wait a few hours to check back in I was able to keep the same room.
