Excellent SpringHill Suites. Snow delayed our return home and Grace was amazing at accommodating our need for an additional night's stay! The breakfast offerings and coffee/drink station were on point as well. Very clean hotel. Super friendly staff! Thank you.

I always choose SpringHill Suites Southern Pines when visiting the Sandhills area, as it consistently stands out above nearby hotel options. While it may lack frills, the hotel offers comfortable bedding, a clean and quiet environment, and a convenient location. The staff and management excel in hospitality, which adds significant value to my stay.||I highly recommend this hotel, especially for golfers looking for a Pinehurst-adjacent option. ||Additionally, the breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereals, muffins, bagels, toast, and a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, and juices. I just wanted to express how much we appreciate the staff. Ms.Kim was so kind & after a long flight welcomed us with water & snacks. The stay was great and the staff does an excellent job. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I ended up leaving my Apple Watch and called to the service desk and Ms. Devana kindly help locate it and called me back right away to let me know she found it. Keep up the good work! We will definitely stay there again. Blessings!

Positive: The room layout works to entertain my wheel-chair bound father. I like the new TVs with the option to use my own streaming service. Negative: A more comfortable couch would be nice.

This is my 2nd time here at this Springhill suites. The rooms were nice. A little outdated, but clean. On the 3rd floor there is a persistent droning noise. Perhaps the hotel's exhaust fan, if you are sensitive to that kind of noise. I'll remember to get a 2nd floor room next time. The front desk person (Ms. Roundtree on her badge) was exceptionally helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to find an available room when I checked in at 2 pm. . She even brought me a birthday card and a soda up to my room as well as wished me a happy birthday when I checked out. I spend a quarter of my life at Marriott hotels and never had that happen before. I wish all Marriott front desk personnel were like her.
