SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples

We recently stayed again at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples, and once again had an amazing experience thanks to Willie. We met Willie during our stay last year, and his professionalism and kindness left such a great impression that we remembered him when we returned. This time, we arrived without reservations and weren’t sure if a room would be available. Not to mention it was a BUSY weekend Valentines/ Soccer tournaments, Willie stepped in immediately, stayed calm, and pulled through for us. His dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a big reason we’ll continue coming back. Thank you, Willie!

I read the reviews prior to coming here and was a little bit timid. However, front desk was wonderful on check-in. The location smelled fine. Everything looked clean and in order the breakfast was very ample and very good. The fitness center has working equipment. There is good lighting in the parking lot. They had enough rolling racks so you could take your bags for your room. I want to get tea and the front desk clerk asked what type I was looking for, and they did not have it. He was going to run across the street to the other Marriott property to get some for me which it wasn’t necessary. This would be a location. I would go back to a minute notice very impressed.

Absolutely one of the very best Hotels in the area. Delicious buffet breakfast and exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆

The location is perfect if you're participating in a stay to play event at the Paradise Sports Complex. Only a few short minutes in proximity and access to great parking. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The staff were very attentive. The complimentary breakfast included grab and go and a few limited hot options to get your morning started. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. On Sunday morning, just a few minutes after getting out of bed, a large cockroach crawled onto the bed (see photo). I was absolutely disgusted, immediately packed my things, and left the room. I couldn’t even bring myself to take a shower; I just wanted to get out.|To make matters even worse, I’m allergic to cockroaches, so thankfully I had already gotten out of bed when it happened. Otherwise, the situation could have been even more serious for me.|When I calmly reported the incident to the front desk associate (Jessica), I even showed her photos and a video of the cockroach walking on the bed to make it clear what had happened.
