Overall 4. Rooms are spacious, service is good here, and the breakfast is pretty good too. Minor things that could be better is the comforter. It's a bit crunchy and loud. Lighting could be a but etter in the room. When you walk in there's no light switch to brighten as you walk in so it's a little dark. There is a tall floor lamp though, so that kinda helps. There's a convenient mart within walking distance so that's cool. The location is also convenient. Overall I do recommend this place. It's sparkly clean, cozy, and quiet!

This place SUCKS. They practically build the hotel on the shoulder of the 99 freeway. I asked the front desk if there was anyway to get a room that faces away from the highway and the person (not very helpful) told me that he did not have any king rooms left. When I told him I would take any bed configuration on any floor he said that if I change my room my rate would go WAY up. Funny, I do this all of the time with Hilton and there are never any issues. I guess that’s why I am Diamond with Hilton and not Marriott.

I stayed one night while in the area on business was. The hotel is right off the freeway. It’s convenient; however, if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll need a room on the other side of the hotel. Check in was very slow. The room was dark and in serious need of an update. There was a dirty wash cloth behind the bathroom door, which makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room is. The thermostat has to be original to the hotel as it was built in the wall. And, it looked and performed like it. The entire third floor smelled like weed, which made its way into my room. I will say, I found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillow options to work well. With that being said, the couple of positives don’t outweigh the negatives. I won’t be back.

Positive: Easily accessible from the highway and a restaurant within walking distance. Negative: The road noise was significant on either side of the hotel. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, so advised front office staff upon checking out.

Accidentally booked one bed when I needed a two bed room. The hotel told me they had two bed rooms available but wouldn't swap my booking. Their excuse was that I booked with a 3rd party and would not let us change the booking. Terrible customer service and unaccoomdating. Will not be staying here again! The room was dirty and the sofa bed disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned in months, maybe longer. The pullout bed didn't even have enough room to pull out. It's cheap but not nice, so be aware you get what you pay for. It's not worth the savings, go elsewhere!
