Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Madera

Stayed over a month and I wish I didn't book the room from the shart. The hotel managers yelled at a guest right in front of me and I do not recommend the hotel charge over 100 for each day not to mention a deposit of 60 per night if you have pets. They only have one per room at the very end of the hotel and it was difficult for me to get my luggage in the room. Borrowed the luggage cart and manage calls me to tell me immediately after I got to my room with the cart for me to bring it back because other other guest needed me.

Positive: The location to my destination. Negative: Yes. I was bit. I told the front desk and they were going to have their technician look into it. When I arrived the 3rd night, they claimed they didn't have rooms. The only reason why I stayed at that location was because of work.

We stay overnight once a year in Madera. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean and the interior of the hotel was nicely decorated. The rooms had microwave and refrigerator, which was handy since I have a toddler who wakes up in the middle of the night wanting milk. My boys enjoyed the indoor swimming pool as well. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly always greeting us with a smile. We plan on staying at this hotel again next year!

Worst hotel I've ever been in its right across the way from a prison no kidding. I was attending a Baptist conference with my church, the room was messy , the coffee in the vending machine tasted like bath water, and the "Continental Breakfast" was wrapped danishes you find in a convenience store about 4 to 5 months old. Complete nightmare of a place

Positive: Nothing I requested my money back and have not received it yet I did not stay at this hotel there were bed bugs in the bed. Negative: There were bed bugs in the bed The front desk argued with me I have a picture of the mattress with blood stains on it
