SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Worth University

The staff was very accommodating with our last minute change. The lobby after hours is bright and accommodating for families and friends to linger coming back from dinner. There is plenty of comfortable seating. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the mini market. The complimentary breakfast was appetizingly displayed, delicious and freshly prepared. The wait staff was very attentive to see if anything else was needed or if the food was to our liking. Food was quickly replenished as guests had their breakfast. I highly recommend this Marriott location.

This place is fine. The check in was solid, and helpful. Food was below average but that’s to be expected. My rating reflects the overall experience as we checked out a night early. We left early and did play the full rate, however Marriott and this location counted this as an “early departure” and charged all the same rates and taxes. Then they refused to credit a night and provide the points to a lifetime Platinum Elite member and I called and was still refused. We thought checking out and paying in full would open a room for another family trying to move into TCU. The learning is don’t check out and just pay to get points. Our child is just starting at TCU and we will not be staying at this location again. The level of Bonvoy service was surprising was a lifetime member

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and affordable. Will return again. My only complain is that the WIFI was really slow and you had to upgrade to faster speeds. Also, the room coffee is severely lacking. But, for a good night sleep, it was adequate.

Little had to find, tucked away, but not so bad once you've done it once. Otherwise pretty average Springhill Suites with the usual (noisy) wall HVAC, and tiny bathroom area. Comfortable bed. Seemed like it may have been fairly recently renovated (except the elevators which run like molasses!)....

Pam was a superstar. We got moved from a sister property when a pipe burst. She was in the lobby at 6:00am checking in with each guest. She adjusted my rate to the agreed upon rate transferring from the other hotel. Her service was impeccable and the hotel is excellent quality. 5 star customer service
