SpringHill Suites by Marriott Devens Common Center

We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Devens, MA. The hotel was clean, relatively modern, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for both work travel and family stays. Everything about the stay felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the Devens area—we would absolutely stay here again.

***Do not stay at this location for an extended time period with kids: I stayed at this hotel with my family from November 19th through December 1st, initially planning to check out on November 28th but extending for extra holiday time with family. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. I have stayed at many different Springhill Suites, and this one specifically was by far a nightmare. Issues Encountered: 1. Lack of Basic Housekeeping: On the fourth day, because we had the “do not disturb” sign up initially, I went downstairs to get trash bags and a vacuum cleaner to tidy up ourselves. Even after this effort, when I requested a mid-stay refresh, nothing was done. 2. Mid-Stay Refresh Failure: After removing the “do not disturb” sign and placing linens outside the room

The rugs and bathrooms outside of the meeting room had a horrible small which was triggering my asthma. I could hardly stand in the hallway. I am hoping that they will do something about this as I am not the only person with asthma that needs a hotel. Everyone noticed it and said it was awful. There must be hypoallergic rug cleaners or something that will not make people sick.

What a wonderful place! All of the staff was super friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby in the comfy beds and with the air conditioning on. Didn't hear any noise at all. The room was clean and breakfast was plentiful and hot. I will continue to stay here when we visit the surrounding area.

My job put us here while we do road work up here a few times. Michael up at the front made us feel so welcome what a genuine gem, he is welcoming and informative. Cida in the kitchen was so kind to us all. She made us feel at right home and that helps especially being homesick. The rooms are clean beds are comfortable.
