SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport South/CentrePort

I called to get shuttle from DFW to location. Shuttle was there in abt 10 minutes. Check in was fast and easy. A male and female were both working the desk and both were very pleasant and professional. Room was nice. Clean and very up to date. I like the set up and wish I took pictures to post. Complimentary breakfast was standard, area was very clean, and I even noticed gluten free options. Shuttle to take me to airport was prompt and driver was friendly.

I am not sure how they got the ratings they did. My experience was way different. Let’s start at greeting. It was ok, person was new and in training and alerted to me as such. ||Let’s get the positives - recognized me for my status at check in. Offered reward. Double checked with me if I was fine with a room on the 4th instead of top floor of 5th. I was fine with it. I also declined to have housekeeping since I was only there 3 nights. That was verbally confirmed and I watched her note.||After checking in I dropped my luggage and immediately left for a dinner. Upon returning at 10:00 pm I noted the room was a little cool (it was running between 90s and low 100s this week in Dallas). Great location with lots of fast food choices. Room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in a while and I travel often. Very quiet and bed was comfy. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is in a good location. Surrounded by restaurants. The breakfast menu was pleasant. I gave the room a three star because the bed felt like you’re sleeping on bricks. I didn’t get one good night sleep. My sister had to go and buy her a heating pad due to pain from sleeping on the mattress. I really don’t think it’s a mattress because it’s too hard. The employees were very pleasant.
