SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore White Marsh/Middle River

I’ve stayed at this hotel on 5 occasions for work. First the pros, I love the location as it’s very quiet and safe and the commute to my work location is mins away. Also, the shopping center across the street gives you multiple food options within walking distance (shout out to Michael’s because their food and service is great). The service is great, though, aside from check in, interaction is limited. The free breakfast is nice but my workmates seem to feel differently. There’s usually fresh fruit, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, turkey sausage - plus a surprise that rotates (I’ve seen Belgian waffles and English muffin breakfast sandwiches). The hotel does what you need, clean spacious rooms with a good shower, key for a good stay. The air con units are a little noisy, but at this time of year (April) you can turn it off at night and not get too warm. The breakfast is on the basic side, but it works. The bar is expensive, better to go to the local store and get a case of 6 beers, or pay for one at the bar, your choice….

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I booked a room for the weekend for my fiancé’s birthday we were looking forward to having a relaxing getaway. The experience was all wrong from the beginning my credit card was charged almost double the amount I was told at the time of the reservation, I was mislead about the hotel amenities such as a pool which is a deal breaker when choosing a birthday retreat. Me and my fiancé were going to just try to make the best of the weekend until I took a shower and the whole bathroom flooded due to poor drainage in the shower, not only was it flooded I fell on the bathroom floor and really hurt myself. I went and told the front desk and they told me that there was no manager available on the weekends. Infact I had to call corporate who called the fron

When I mean to tell you, this is one of the best hotels in Whitemarsh/middle River. This is the best hotel I ever been to the other hotels that I've been to in Whitemarsh all ran down and dirty this hotel. I wish I can give it a 20 star the best hotel I will be returning like the rooms are clean like how they supposed to be
