Springfield Inn TN

I had to get a hotel that allowed cats after my furnace broke. This was my only choice as many people were without power and hotels were all booked up. They charged $20 per night for my cat?? First morning my shower didn't work. They refused to give me a discount stating it wasn't their fault the water lines froze?? I was there 9 days. Nobody ever cleaned my room or changed my sheets. After I complained, they just brought towels and sheets then dumped my trash. No shampoo or conditioner. Two tiny bars of soap. Rust and mildew in bathroom. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Had a great stay. Beds are comfortable but bath towels are to small. Walking distance to many places to eat. Friendly staff

Positive: "" Negative: The worn out spring mattress was very uncomfortable. The hot water lasted maybe 5-7 minutes. The bedding was super itchy and uncomfortable, to the point I had to get my own bedding. The parking lot was extremely bad.

The staff is nice, but the outside is under renovation. The upper walkway railing is somewhat loose, but the welders are working on it. The concrete steps and sidewalk are crumbling and need repair. Our room was decent, tub was NOT CLEAN!!, hard carpet, do it yourself plumbing repairs. When they cleaned our room, we returned to find the curtains pulled ALL THE WAY BACK!!!, and our belongings on display for ANYONE walking by to see !! Only stay here if you have to.

I stayed at this motel in Springfield and had a really great experience, especially during the night. The room was super clean, and you could tell they really care about hygiene—everything was well-maintained and fresh. That night, I was dealing with a pretty bad headache and body aches. I was in so much pain I couldn’t even make it out to Walgreens. Around 2 a.m., I called the front desk for help. At first, the staff member hesitated to give me Tylenol, which I totally understand. But after I explained my condition and he saw how unwell I was, he kindly gave me two tablets. Within a short time, I felt so much better. He was incredibly polite and genuine—you could just tell by the way he talked that he’s an honest person. That kind of care and kindness really meant a lot in that moment.
