She gave me sheets with poop on them with no apology after i asked her for new sheets

Needed a place to stay in Fort Edward while biking the Empire State trail. Reviews seemed mixed, so I was a little hesitant, but so glad I took the chance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. There was a slight smell of smoke due to people smoking outside the rooms. I’m very sensitive to smoke, and it wasn’t enough to bother me. Bring your own toiletries, as they only provide soap. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and reasonably priced place to stay, this is a good choice.

The room was very neat but has BEDBUGS!!!!!. The manager was the best she was very nice & pleasant. She showed compassion, as well as empathy. Very easy to communicate with. Take away the bugs it’s a cool place to chill

From the outside the Spring Motor Inn looks like a typical "roadside motel", but upon entering you will find an extremely clean, very modern room. The shower is absolutely fantastic and looks like something you would find in a very expensive hotel. The wifi is slow but that did not interfere with our stay. If I had one suggestion it would be to have lights on either side of the (comfortable) bed for reading. The room was quiet and although it was close to the road, we couldn't hear any traffic. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The minute we walked in to room 7, exhausted from travel, my spirits were lifted...it felt so homey and welcoming....I saw quilts on the beds, quaint lamps on a dresser and table with marble tops underneath. A wooden table in the room had two nice red leather chairs. The wood floor was nice and the room had a tv, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The pictures on the wall were of flowers, and a vintage map of NY City. All that was great.....but oh, the bathroom...black, grey and white tiles....just adorable. Soaps and shampoos, a hair dryer. a little small in that area, but OH the shower.....room for two, with at least 7 possible shower heads to choose....once you figure them out...felt like luxury.
