I am a current tenant and the property manager Lisa is wonderful! She is very kind, and takes very good care of the park. Rent is fair in the park and they care about their tenants, they also have an amazing, relaxed pet policy!
Don’t plan on trying to get in. You apply and email. They do your background check and run your credit. Send you a paper in the mail but do not email back or even try to explain why or why not. Waste of time.
It was nice small but nice ..looked well kept
It's a mobile park what else can you say about it
It was alright, went through for door dash.
