Sportsman Park Campground & Boat Slips

We have been campers for 18 years at this park and consider it our home away from home. The owners work hard to keep it a place that is safe for adults and children alike. If you know how to follow the guidelines of the park it is a great place to spend your leisure time. The owners are very hard working people that have made many structural improvements to the campground to make it comfortable for the campers. The friendships of the long term campers coupled with the river access enhance this get-away retreat. We have and will continue to recommend this campground.

This will be our second year at Sportsman! Love this family-oriented, fun park. You couldn't ask for nicer campers or owners - everyone is friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Mark and Kelly keep the park clean and safe. My son and his family liked the park so much that they were excited when a lot became available. The docks are better than any of the others we have had on the river. So excited for another fun summer!

Our families small piece of northern heaven! ❤️ We love this campground! Very family oriented, clean, safe, and well kept. Easily the nicest marina, beach, and docks on the river- everything here is well maintained and very watched after (which we love!) if we aren’t on the water all day we love hanging at the beach here! You can definitely tell the owners take pride in keeping things in tip top shape.. I also love the fact I can let my little boy run down to the playground, ride his bike, or hang with the other neighbor kids and never have to worry! We are here every chance we get!🙌Keep up the great work!

We love this park. The park has some of the nicest docks on the water. It’s not a lottery for your sites! The owners take good care of the park. The people here are friendly and fun. We have been seasonal for 7 years and don’t plan on going anywhere!

Owner is extremely rude and not welcoming to potential new guests at all. I will NEVER refer anyone to this park or beach. She needs to get some customer service skills.
