I am so disappointed and would not recommend you spend the money at this "resort". Our group stayed here in August and the sites were apparently next to the "rowdy seasonal campers" whom were very inconsiderate during our entire stay. They were so loud (even after the 11pm quiet time) blaring music from a speaker bigger than a cooler. To the point we couldn't even hear each other talk from our camp fire. After 3 attempts of asking the seasonal camper to quiet down we called the office to ask them to help. They sent someone from the office on a golf cart and we literally watched them DRIVE BY- they didn't say a word to them. The drive by threat wasn't enough because they kept on with the noise. We complained and received a $100 camp credit to apply to our next stay. Prior to this stay we a

After nearly 30 years of camping here and three years as a seasonal, I feel compelled to warn others: Adventure Bound is not what it seems. I wasn’t kicked out, reprimanded, or asked to leave: I was even invited back. So this isn’t a bitter rant from someone who broke the rules. This is a wake-up call from someone who watched the place rot from the inside.||||Pros: There are some, I promise!||-The water park is fun!||-There are some truly dedicated and personable staff members who are kind, oversee fun events, and do their best to maintain the facilities to the best of their abilities. ||-Everything that is cool, you can thank a seasonal for. Poker runs, cornhole, the haunted/halloween weekends… all are graciously facilitated by other campers. ||||Cons: ||||Toxic Culture - if you’re not pa

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay at Adventure Bound West Michigan. My family booked early in the year and got a great price. The location was decent and the site was decent as well. The downside was that the pools were filthy and Im not that picky about pools. The showers that you are supposed to use before entry were broken. The mini golf course was not numbered making it hard for the kids to know which hole was next. There wasn't any consistency in when the train or jumping pad would be operational. The indoor pool and bathroom area was dated and dirty. For some reason you have to wear a paper wristband your entire stay there and staff will ask where it is if you aren't wearing it. Quiet times weren't strictly enforced, which I don't normally care about, but if you like a

Adventure Bound West Michigan has been one of the most frustrating campgrounds I’ve ever stayed at. There is clear favoritism among the seasonal campers — rules only seem to apply to certain people, while others can do whatever they want without consequence. It’s unfair and creates an uncomfortable environment for anyone who isn’t part of the “in” group. Complaints and concerns are rarely handled properly. Instead of addressing issues, management tends to brush them off. The manager, in particular, has an extremely bad attitude and treats people as if she’s above everyone else. That kind of arrogance makes it nearly impossible to have a reasonable conversation or get anything resolved. Some of the staff are also unprofessional, adding to the overall negative atmosphere. It’s a shame, becau

We camped at Adventure Bound for five days in July of 2025. We booked site 117 and the website stated it could accommodate a camper up to 45 feet. This was not true, our 34 foot camper would not fit. The website also failed to mention that you would be facing the camper next door and would only be 3-5 feet between your picnic tables. The showers were always dirty (one time even covered in vomit!). The bathrooms were always filthy. The staff inside the store were not friendly. We were disappointed with this trip - we’ve been coming here for years, but it seems to have gone down hill significantly since new ownership. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The only good thing about this campground are the water slides & pools.
