Spark by Hilton Panama City Beach

It was a place to sleep, shower-the basics. The room was clean except for the shower head which had some visible mold on it. The hallway could use a deep clean or better ventilation-seemed to hold a musty smell and if anyone brought it outside food it would linger. |The breakfast is pretty much bagels and yogurt. Cindy, I believe, kept the breakfast area clean which was nice. However, she seemed to be the only member of staff that was very friendly. |Great location right across the street from Walmart, near a few fast food restaurants and a gas station. |Not the best, but not the worst! Overall I would stay again, with the hope that the bathroom would be cleaned thoroughly.

Honestly, I don't know why the other reviews are 1 star. Did they not know this is a value style resort? Not a Ritz level resort. It's a quaint hotel that gives me the vibe of Hampton Inn's younger little sibling. The breakfast items were just fine. Easy to access. Easy to use the machines. The staff are kind and friendly. The room was just fine as well. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Shower worked just fine. The toilet..... however...... (this is the only reason the review got 4 stars instead of 5) it was a bit wobbly and not too secure to the floor. I recommend having it looked at. But that's all. Seriously. I enjoyed my stay and I'm glad I chose this hotel for a work related visit. Thank you Spark.

They say breakfast but there’s nothing to eat unless you want to go buy it from the front the fruit basket was nothing but 2 mushy apples and oranges there where some boiled eggs that tasted old. the room was ok but the drawers were old and hard to open the elevator makes a grinding noise like it’s about to break when it hit the 4th floor the staff was nice though When I was checking out, the manager talked to me about my review, which was really nice so the staff there is excellent and they said they were working on the breakfast and elevator again, the staff was amazing

Lovely new renovations, close to lots of food options and Walmart across the street and just 5mins from the beach. Hotel has small indoor pool and microwaves & mini fridges in the rooms. Comfy beds and pillows.

Not what I expect from a Hilton property. No cable, had to get a hdmi cable to watch TV from my computer, good thing we had YouTube TV. No ice buckets in the room you have to ask for one from the front desk. Which was some cheap plastic disposable tub. Breakfast is just bagels, cereal and yogurt, no fruit. Room was clean though. Would not recommend.
